was started by KD Madan. KD Madan has long been associated with Motor sports and
has been a past president of the FMSCI. In his 40 plus years affair with automobiles
he has owned almost every brand of automobile ranging from Toyotas, Nissan, Mazda's,
Hondas, Mitsubishis, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Porsche, Alfas, Cotroen,
Peugeots etc. His one unattainable Automobile is a Ferrari, which always seems
to elude him. Just as well owing to the condition of our roads the suspension
would probably be broken after the first 100 kms allowing KDM as he is fondly
known to upgrade it.
Speedworks began in 2002 where the need for good quality lubricants additives etc, which could keep motor cars/two wheelers and heavy vehicles running efficiently with lower maintenance costs.
It is also a place where all the motor racing enthusiasts could meet and plot their performance upgrades. In K.D. Madan's quest for more power he came across the OWS Products which gave instant results that could be felt and did not need fancy dynos to tell if there was an improvement in Performance. Amongst all the products that KDM has used in his varied career OWS had the most impressive results and that's where it all has started. OWS being a German product has high standards and is fully synthetic and are products, where a user can really feel the difference, plus enjoy the benefits of fewer visits to the garage with good protection to mechanical and rubber parts. - Speedworks is currently mainly distributing OWS products in India, plus offering performance upgrades thru improved spark plugs/performance ignition wires/sports air intake and other accessories. -
Speedworks does look to the future with the possibility of ECU Programming/upgrades
and project conversions as well as NOS installations on a special order basis. |
