Greetings to all and welcome to the Innaugural MMSC TIME ATTACK TRACK DAY
held at the MMST race track in Sriperambadur.
These Track Days are designed to allow motorcycle and sports car enthusiast enjoy
driving in controlled conditions without random traffic and law enforcement. Track
Days are not races, but allow the driver to run at their pace and enjoy the capability
of their vehicle. FACILITIES
:
The track is open to public for "Pay and Practise" on days
that the circuit is not officially booked. However on these "Pay and Practise"
days all other facilities have to be arranged by the individuals. To promote an
atmosphere where all the enthusiasts can get together on a single day with some
basic facilities is the idea behind the TIME ATTACK TRACK DAY. The following facilities
will be provided by the MMSC . Ambulance

Food and Water TIME
ATTACK TRACK DAY COSTS : 4
Session Per Day, 2 Official Lap Timed Session with Transponders. Two
Wheels
Non - Member : Rs. 400 per 2 x 40 min Session
Members : Rs. 200
per 2 x 40 min Session Four
Wheels
Non - Members : Rs. 800 per 2 x 40 min Session
Members : Rs. 400
per 2 x 40 min Session
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS :
For bikes, the below safety precautions to be
followed.
1. The minimum protective gear is full face helmet, gloves, boots
and full riding gear (leather or alternate).
2. Pillion riders will be allowed
- ALSO with above protective gear.
For cars, the below safety precautions
to be followed.
1. The minimum protective gear is helmet and seat belt.
2. Front passenger will be allowed - ALSO with helmet and seat belt.
3. No
Passengers will be allowed in Rear.

:
There are some simple rules at Track Days.
› Contact with
anything is grounds for dismissal.
› Drive within your skill and comfort
level.
› Pass only in designated passing zones.
› Cars must
pass a "Self-Tech". Learn about preparing your car.

DAY RIDERS DECLAATION / DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE FOR MADRAS MOTOR SPORTS CLUB, (HEREAFTER
REFERRED TO AS PROMOTERS) I,
the undersigned, wish to drive automobiles and / or participate in the above event
organized by Madras Motor Sports Club. I
understand that this motor sports is hazardous and that I am knowingly and voluntarily
exposing myself to risk of damage or loss or personal injury by participating
in this Track event. This means that there is is a possibility that I May
break, sprain, tear, dislocate, strain every bone, muscle, ligament, and tendon
in my body. There is also the possibility of paralysis and even death! Despite
this I understand that racing is prohibited and that the purpose of the Day is
to allow the participants to improve their skills and learn the handling and breaking
and characteristics of the vehicle being used |
